
About the Role
Join our Customer Relations team as a Customer Service Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our valued tenants and property owners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process lease applications and tenant documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Support community events and tenant engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service role
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
