Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will play a key role in analyzing investment opportunities, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities and feasibility
• Prepare financial models and valuation reports
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support audit processes and compliance requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with project teams on financial planning
• Present findings and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CFA or CPA certification is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market is preferred
