About the Role
Join our Leasing team as a Leasing Executive. You will manage leasing operations, handle tenant onboarding, and ensure high occupancy rates across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Process lease applications and contracts
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and renewals
- Manage tenant onboarding and documentation
- Maintain accurate leasing records and databases
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with maintenance for unit preparations
- Achieve monthly leasing targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in property leasing
- Knowledge of UAE tenancy laws
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Proficiency in CRM and property management software
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous
