
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will lead property sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our premium real estate portfolio in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage property sales for residential and commercial units
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Mentor junior sales consultants and share best practices
- Prepare detailed market analysis and sales reports
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign strategies
- Represent Aqaar at property exhibitions and networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Valid RERA certification (Ajman preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
